How to
Order:
The easiest & most convenient way to order items
from our shop is to place a
secure, on-line order through our website. To do so, simply
browse through our on-line catalogue and click on the 'Purchase
Item' button near any items that you would like to buy. Our
shopping cart will open and you will then need to select the 'Add to
Basket' button in order to confirm and add that item to the cart. At
this point you can either select the 'Shop Some More' button to
continue shopping, or select the 'Checkout' button if you are ready
to submit your order. If at any time you would like to cancel an
item that you have added to your basket, click on the 'Remove'
button in the shopping basket. If you would like to order more than
one of a particular item, simply enter the number you would like in
the 'Qty' box next to the item in the shopping basket and then click
on the 'Recalculate' button at the bottom of the page.
Once you have hit the 'Checkout'
button you will go to the page where you need to enter your billing
address and mailing address (if different from the billing address).
Select your postage method and then hit the 'Submit'
button to go through to the next page where you can choose your
payment type from the 'Please Provide Payment Information' drop down menu
near the bottom of the page to complete the order. See the next
section for further details regarding payment options.

Our shopping cart is
integrated with WorldPay, who are part
of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group
in the world. As such, you will be submitting your card details
through WorldPay's secure server and the information transmitted
on-line is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.
Customers who elect to pay online using a credit card will have the
option to pay in UK Pounds Sterling, Euros, or US Dollars once they

Call with Credit Card
Details
If you do not wish to enter your credit card details
through WorldPay, you can still use our shopping cart to select
items to purchase. Follow the how to order instructions above by clicking on the 'Checkout' button
when ready and then entering your address
details. Next hit the 'Submit' button
to go through to the next page where you will simply select Call or Fax Credit Card details
from the 'Please Provide Payment Information' drop down menu
near the bottom of the page and then hit the 'Submit
Order' button. Your order is now complete and you will
see a confirmation of it on your screen and receive an e-mail
confirmation.
You will now need to phone or fax in with your credit card
details on 08456 528 567. We are available to take your order by
telephone from Monday through Saturday 10am to 6pm, with voice
mail able to take messages during busy times. If you reach the voice mail, please leave your name and a
contact number so we can deal with your order/queries personally.
Post Cheque or Postal Order
If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order in UK
pounds sterling, you can still use our shopping cart to select
items to purchase. Follow the how to order instructions above by clicking on the 'Checkout' button
when ready and then entering your address
details. Next hit the 'Submit' button
to go through to the next page where you will simply select Post
Cheque/Postal Order from the 'Please Provide Payment Information' drop down menu
near the bottom of the page and then hit the 'Submit
Order' button. Your order is now complete and you will
see a confirmation of it on your screen and receive an e-mail
confirmation. Please
send a copy of your order confirmation along with your cheque or
postal order made payable to Olde Glory to our billing address below:

We also accept payment by Paypal in British pounds
or US Dollars. Please e-mail us if you would like to pay this way

UK
DELIVERY:
We aim to send in stock items within 3-5 days
from receipt of your order. However, if your order is urgent
please let us know by email to
info@oldeglory.co.uk, and
we will try our best to meet any deadlines. Please allow 2-4
weeks for delivery of pegracks and up to 4-6 weeks for shelves as
they are made to order. You can check the availability status
for product when you click on the button to purchase the item.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for out of stock items and any quilts that
are not held in stock. When you reach the checkout
section of the site it will be made clear to you what the delivery
cost is for your order. In circumstances where we find it necessary
to dispatch items at different times, you pay only the initial
postage charge.
We offer two delivery options within the UK,
standard postage and expedited courier delivery. Details are as
follows:

Standard Postage via the
Royal Mail
This is our standard service which is best for small
orders and items that are not heavy. Postage is based on the
value of your order as shown in the table below.

*A few of our larger items, for example heavy
shelves or plate racks, will incur a postage surcharge as specified
when you add the items to your shopping basket.
We do reserve the right to make changes to delivery charges.

Expedited Courier
Delivery
Cost £9.50 per delivery address in the UK. Monday to
Friday only (excluding bank holidays). This guarantees delivery of
your order within 24-48 hours, providing your order is received by us
before 12 noon and items are in stock.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that this estimated
delivery time is met but we cannot accept any liability for late
deliveries, which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable
control.
International Orders:
For international orders, we need to calculate your actual shipping
costs as our shopping cart is unable to do so for deliveries outside
the United Kingdom (excluding eiderdown and quilt orders to the
USA & Canada). Please contact us via
email
so that we can advise you of your postage options and
prices. Customers outside the UK will be charged actual
postage charges to their country of delivery. The customer is solely
responsible for any additional import duty/tax imposed by that
country upon the receipt of goods. We are unable to refund foreign
postage or import duty taxes if you elect to return your goods.
STOCK AVAILABILITY:
We try our hardest to update stock availability
frequently on our web site. You can view stock levels when you
add an item to our shopping cart by looking at the availability
quantity or clicking on the 'display inventory status' link. However there
are times
when items are out of stock due to their handcrafted nature or
limited availability.
Custom orders and hand-crafted wood designs will normally take 4-6
weeks.
RETURNS:
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase.
We endeavour to portray items as accurately as
possible through our web site but slight variations may occur as
many items are hand-crafted. Colours and fabrics may vary slightly
from those photographed and depicted on the Internet. Should
you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund
or exchange any product that is unsuitable provided that it is in
fully resalable condition.

Please wrap your returns carefully and return
them in their original unused condition within 10 days of receipt. We strongly recommend
that you
obtain a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office as we
cannot be held responsible for goods whilst in transit from
customers. Customers are responsible for paying all postage
costs for goods if they choose to return items unless the items were received in damaged or faulty
condition.
Cancellation &
Returns Policy
Should you wish to cancel or
return any of your goods, you may only do so in
accordance with our cancellation and returns
policy:
Prior to Delivery
At any time by contacting us via email to
info@oldeglory.co.uk or tel. 08456 528 567,
quoting your order number, providing your goods
have not already been dispatched. If the goods
have been dispatched then please follow our
returns policy as detailed below.
If you receive the goods after
you have cancelled your order but the order has
already been dispatched then you must send the
goods back to us, without unpacking them, at
your own cost and risk. Once you have notified
us that you are cancelling your order, and
provided that the goods in question are returned
by you and received by us in their original
condition, any sum debited from your credit card
will be re-credited, less the delivery costs, to
your account within 30 days.
After Delivery
If the goods we deliver are not what you
ordered, are damaged or defective, or the
delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we ask for
goods to be examined as soon as reasonably
possible after delivery and for you
notify us of the problem
via email or tel. 08456 528 567 within 7
working days of delivery.
If you notify a problem to us
under this condition, our obligation will be, at
your option:

To make good any shortage or
non-delivery

To replace any goods that
are damaged or defective
-
To refund to you the amount
paid by you for the goods in question
In the case of damaged goods,
replacements or refunds will only be provided
upon the return of the damaged goods to us.
If the return is a result of a mistake by Olde
Glory, we will refund the delivery charge,
otherwise the delivery charge is non-refundable.
Replacement items for damaged goods will be sent
to you free of delivery charges.
If we find that the product has
not been returned to us in fully resalable
condition, we reserve the right to refuse a
refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the
original selling price from the refund amount.
Refunds will be made in the same
form of payment that was originally used, within
30 days of us receiving your return.
You may cancel your order (or
any part of it) for any reason within 10 working
days of receipt of the goods. In order to do so,
please simply contact us
via email. Please pack the item(s) in the
original packing and return the item(s) to us.
The item(s) must be unused, in its original
condition with any tags attached.
The purchasing sum, shipping
costs deducted, will be refunded within 30 days
from the day the product reaches Olde Glory. If
you use your right to return a product, the
return shipping costs will be paid by you.

PRICES:
Prices are in UK Pounds (£) Sterling and are correct at the time
of printing, however they may be amended due to circumstances beyond
our control. Customers will be advised of any price changes before
an order is processed.
