We send most ordered Royal Mail Tracked 48. This is not a guaranteed delivery time, but most parcels should arrive within 2 working days once you order has been sent. You will receive tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Royal Mail T24 Delivery

Aims for next working day* UK Mainland delivery - £5.95.

Next Day Delivery - UK Mainland

Next Working Day UK Mainland Delivery is £8.50.

The order must be placed by 10:00 am the day before to qualify.  

Working Days are Monday through Friday.  If you are looking for a Saturday delivery please get in touch via email or phone and we will work out a price for you.

Not available for remote postcodes (see below). 

Some items such as certain quilts and custom made peg rails are not all held in stock so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on these or as indicated on the product pages.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that this delivery time is met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries, which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control. 

Remote Postcodes Excluded from Next Day Delivery:

The Isle of Man / Guernsey / Jersey all need to be selected as a different country as the delivery charge will be different to mainland UK. All delivery charges are subject to change should the weight or size of the parcel require further postage to be paid. Our Customer Service Team will contact you before dispatching your parcel should this be the case.

International Delivery:

We advise international customers to contact us by email before placing an order so we can apply appropriate shipping based on your destination and the size of your parcel.

EU Orders:

Please note, we are happy to send orders to the EU, but our online pricing includes UK VAT which needs to be removed for EU customers. At present this is a manual process so we recommend you email us at info@oldeglory.co.uk so we can revise your pricing as appropriate. From 1 January 2021, orders exported to the EU will now be zero rated for VAT in the UK. This means that EU orders will be subject to customs and import duty and VAT on arrival in your home country as you will no longer be charged UK VAT. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer.

Royal Mail EU Delivery for Small Parcels £14.99

International delivery via Royal Mail is available for lighter items and small parcel size orders. We will contact you if you select this option and your parcel weighs too much and needs to be sent via courier.

EU Courier Delivery £26

If you are ordering multiple items that would require a medium or larger parcel, we suggest you select the Courier Option for £26 which is available for delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Guernsey, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden

We are happy to ship to other countries besides those listed above so please contact us to get a price if you would like delivery outside these countries.

The price of sending an order to the above countries within the EU is estimated at £26. All delivery charges are estimated and subject to change depending on the size of the parcel / order and our Customer Service Team will contact you before dispatching your parcel should this be the case. All prices charged are in GBP.  

Switzerland Delivery

Royal Mail for Small Parcels £15.50

International delivery via Royal Mail is available for lighter items and small parcel size orders. We will contact you if you select this option and your parcel weighs too much and needs to be sent via courier.

International Courier Delivery for 1 Medium box to Switzerland £29.99

We will contact you if you select this option and your parcel is too large or needs to be sent in more than one box. 

All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer.

Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure the delivery address is correct including the postcode.  Please also check your order confirmation as we will have to charge an additional fee should the parcel be dispatched with an incorrect address on.

If you would like your parcel to be left in a specific location please include this on your order or advise the Customer Services representative.  Please note once an item has been left in the designated safe location we cannot be held responsible for the parcel after this. Please note Olde Glory cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, incorrect address details being provided, major roadworks or road closures and force majeure.

Part Shipment of An Order

Please note that if there is an item which is out of stock, but is due to arrive within 3 days, your order will be held and dispatched together. If the Next Day is selected the delivery will take place on this service once the items become available. If the delay is longer than 3 days your order will be part dispatched or we will contact you.

The postage charge will only be taken once, even if your order is part shipped due to an item being back-ordered.

Items not received

If you contact us to say that you have not received your order we will require written confirmation of non receipt before we can resend your order. This can be sent via email or by the post and must be received back within 7 days.

Items damaged in transit

Although every effort is taken to ensure our parcels are well-packed when they leave, accidents do happen. If this does happen please contact us within 3 working days and if possible please email pictures of the damaged item(s) to and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you.

Please check all goods on receipt as any damaged or faulty goods need to be reported within 3 working days. Once an item has been signed for it is accepted that the order has been received in a good condition. Please check large items carefully before signing for the parcel.
